Fyi tommy, the classic ferrari you saw drive by was a 250 GTO, you're correct on the valuation, but it was not the car that sold at auction for $22M, that was called a 410, the number is a reference to its larger "big block" engine that was better for long road races instead of tight corners on circuit racing.
250GTO are a tough sell. Very few customers. They mostly sell in that 20-35 million USD area. The rarest and most expensive sold in private for 65 to an unknow collector. It had everything you would want in terms of provenance. But that is highly unusual.
Wasn’t it 70million USD to the owner/founder of WeatherTech
@@julesowen-jones9815 it’s chassis 4153. The provenance is very rare. And I’ve seen a few prices for it but roughly around there. However, The majority don’t sell near that. Even auctions.

No reason to repair that damage until it's time to sell. Can't see it unless you're laying down on the pavement and since you drive it all the time there's a good chance it will happen again. Good for you guys for driving the car instead of making it a garage queen.
