Yoga, Dancing Warrior Sequence

- www.ekhartyoga.com A short Yoga sequence of standing poses called "Dancing Warrior" to strengthen, energize and open up the body.
We flow from Downward Dog into Warrior I into Side Angle pose, Reversed Angle and to Triangle Pose. Chaturanga into Upward facing Dog and We end this yoga exercise with a short meditation using Ujjayi breath.
