really well done- I like the railroad tracks for warrior 1- helped with my feet a lot! I also like reverse warrior 2 which I hadn't been incorporating into my flow Thanks!

What does that mean "standing on railroad tracks" ????
It means to stand on two parallel lines like railroad tracks (rather than standing on a tightrope, with both feet in in the same line).
I can feel the immediate temporal improvement of my blood flow. Thanks, I'll be doing this daily since now for some time. :)
