At the top position of contact (7:19), does the racket need to be in a vertical 90 degree position? Seems like it is slightly at an angle (perhaps 10-20 degrees or so from 90).

3:35-3:50 is difficult to grasp, see, feel, at first… but once you feel it and get it, you’ll realize how all the other serve tips make no sense without understanding this point made at 3:35-3:50
