I love a vertical and diagonal stripe…but stripes are not good on tv because they cause the moiré effect which interferes with the pixels on the tv screen and that explains why they look fuzzy and weird…that’s why newsreaders are advised not to wear them..it’s distracting to the viewers…some say horizontal stripes make you look bigger which is an illusion too…if you like stripes just go for it…same can be said about spots…they create an illusion too…I wear what I like and feel comfortable in regardless of fashion trends.🇦🇺🇦🇺
