What people really need is to get over the fact you cannot stop aging…and learn to accept yourself for how you look ..not the way people think you should look…learn to be comfortable in your own skin…and embrace yourself for who you are not what you are warts and all…all this is designed to make money for sellers and manufacturers…and the beauty industry are experts at undermining people’s confidence so they can convince people to by their products under the guise of “selling confidence”.

I use Cliniques Take the day off cleansing balm, and it was a game changer for me! So moisturising and soft on skin, with a hot cloth to rinse out. So good!
