Guys just ride the rides. You only live once. I’m rlly afraid of rollercoasters but I’m going on Smilernsoon and I’m dead excited. If you get scared in the queue just think to yourself ‘you’re gonna get through this’ bc u are. The biggest thing you will regret is not going on rides. Step outside your comfort zone sometimes. If this is hard just pretend everyday is your last day on earth. That way you will know you should do everything you can. Hope this helps 🩷

Back when I first started on rollercoaster I was told some thing that sticks with me to this day. If ur a first timer to rollercoasters try this forgot that nonsense u only need one word that's excited before u join the que tell ur self or even speak it it out loud the phrase I am excited I am.excited I am excited to ride this ride I have been excited to ride it. Ok sounds stupid but by saying ur excited it tricks the brain in to thinking this is a good thing. Trust me it works for every thing in life

Personally, the crazier coaster just don’t feel nice to me, I prefer rides like Hagrid’s magical creatures motorbike adventure

I went Alton towers yesterday start if the day I was perfumed to go on roller coasters I had been scared of them all my life so I started on runaway mine train and I enjoyed it so then went to wicker man and it was amazing then I did nemesis and it was the best thing I’ve ever done then did the other ride like smiler and oblivion so a tip from someone who was absolutely petrified of roller coasters just do it and if u enjoy it that’s great if you don’t that’s fine to
