Ep 4 Camp Muir

Today's adventure takes us to Mount Rainier where we'll climb up to the first base camp, Camp Muir, situated at 10,188 feet between the Muir Snowfield and the Cowlitz Glacier on the mountain's southeast side.
We'll gain just under 4,800ft of elevation on this hike which will help us get some conditioning and expose us to some altitude all in preparation for next week's climb where we'll be attempting to summit Mount Hood in Oregon.
