    I’ve followed Chris for years, and have purchased the purple, green, black, and red resistance bands he offers on his website.. I’m on the road every week and the bands are invaluable for working out in a hotel room.. so many exercises can be done with them. You can say whatever you want to about Chris, but I don’t think anyone can criticize his methods, dedication, or his physical ability/condition. I couldn’t care less about how often he provides the same video. You Go, Chris!
