Men i have 3 gear problem i just buy one just like that but have 3 gear problem also i need a tune the car is not stock

Probably synchros or the gear itself common problem this 3rd gear in those cars.

Watch the modern performance site video about transmissions. I use regular motor oil it cures the transmission issues. I’ve had my car 16 years no tranny issues.
