Shifter and brake arm should match with the mini boards. My wife has been on my bike 6 times in 8 years and both our boys are in their late twenties.

Honestly not sure. You/ll have to double check fitment on the flo site. I've never owned a touring bike so I'm unfamiliar with how their passenger peg set up looks. Not sure of the exact specs on it
