Crank length for for footing bottom is 300mm minimum

@@AmitSahCivil But there is some formula also like in case of Slab we take it as 0.42 D...Similarly in case of column what is the formula or we take it as 300 mm only?

slab or footing both are different, lapping of bar depend upon grade of concrete or footing L in bottom depend upon footing load soil bearing capacity.
