  • Here is the routine I used for my Higher final performance this year which achieved Full marks. I uploaded this video so teachers in my school can use it to show others taking the course a model routine

    It’s 12 skills rather than 10, too many for a routine, to feet off the front landing and the cradle have been missed

    if this was graded by professional judges this would be like 70% . the flips were 100% but the tightness of the jumps and bent legs lower it

    This is not a high level trampoline routine.

      "higher level" is the school qualification. A step above the national 5 qualification

    1. cradles aren't suitable for routines
    2. there were no lineouts at all
    3. legs bent in half the skills
    4. skills repeated
    5. legs separate in cradle

      Exactly what I was thinking as a trampolinist, and it’s not particularly a higher level routine either, more so being an intermediate/higher beginner skill set

    This isn’t 40/40 marks… if you did this routine at a meet you would get around a 6 or 7 out of 10

  • @lucyisbetterxx
    @lucyisbetterxx Před 7 dny +1

    This would not get 40/40, one reason is because the cradle went out side of the box in the middle of the trampoline (coming from a trampolinist) nor is this a higher level routine and more of a level 2 or 3 routine (starter intermediate)

      @@lucyisbetterxx this was a higher PE practical exam done in high school 👌

      @@adaz240theres no way, that routine had bent legs, split legs, arms all over the place, better off with a 7.5

      @@donnastrawstream Gotta remember it was graded by pe teachers. Not professional judges. This was uploaded to be used as an example routine for other pupils

      The school owned 4 trampolines at the time like these. And I forgot to mention "higher level" was referring to the higher qualification pe in secondary school@@donnastrawstream
