【Gymnastics】Trampoline basic training Level 1

- When gymnasts are young, they usually love trampoline and I like them to do it because doing trampoline helps developing their air sense and basic movements of gymnastics so mush.
I just like to make sure that gymnasts play with trampoline with right technique, so I spend time to teach basic body shape and technique to gymnasts first then I let them to play with trampoline.
Hopefully this video helps you to coach or learn gymnastics.

Many of these are very inaccurate. We don’t do tuck jumps like that, not even arm circles like that, we go all the way up, and if you were a gymnast you would know
