press ctrl + J to join it then ctrl + R in sculpt mode to remesh it.

Can you make a video on how to use remesh in sculpting
shift R to bring up the remesh grid to see polygon size. you can hold shift for more fine tuning and left click to confirm
ctrl R to remesh to that resolution
remesh will join any overlapping meshes under the same object. remeshing to a lower scale will destroy any high resolution details so itâs recommended you only remesh to higher resolutions as you go on unless you somethingâs not working and you need to redo it.
if you want to go up and down in resolution without loosing details you can topologize the mesh and use a multiresolution modifier. note if you use multires then you canât edit the geometry in edit mode or itâll freak out when you go back to object mode

unfortunately for 3D print in yes the more the poly count there more smoother the mesh looks

hey. why does my object barely change when i sculpt?
How do you get the sphere to move so much and how you want? One time I tried to make a bandaid for a cut I did on a cats butt and couldn't get it to shape right at all with the I think grab tool
Add Mutliresolution Modifier on your object. Subdivide as much as you need to manipulate your spheres easily.
How do you mirror your sculpts?
in the upper right corner there are three buttons naked X, Y and Z. You can use those
