So proud of your progress, have been watching for awhile now. Keep it up!
Your final 100m was so much better. Congrats from Brazil!
Mathias, i saw another video that someone else posted. 200m it was 👍👍. Those 100m start slow moes are excellent. Keep up the good work bud.
Great video as usual! Thanks for sharing and best of luck for the rest of the season.

Well done in the diamond league in Oslo.
Great video, but you warm up for a long time, don't you think it's too much before competing that u might get tired?

Hey bro what is your height and weight?
How much do you score in 100 metres?
Do you training whith kashafali, you're national blinded athlete ?
The guy in the bandana appears to be running very fast.
What were your 100m and 200m times in highschool? and how long have you been running track?
About the same it seems
Why u keep ur legs elevated during rest ? Plz reply bro
Keeps the blood flowing through your legs so you don’t get tight
Why your toe touches the ground in your first two steps from getting out of blocks
It’s called low heel recovery. Sprinters do that in order to save time. Their feet travel less distance so they travel faster.
I know the low heel recovery but what I'm asking that it need to touch the ground or not and thnx for your reply
It does not need to touch the ground. Keeping it just a bit above the ground is probably better.
Thank you man I really love your videos
sec
Hi :)
Mathias Hove Johansen can you tell me what is your religion?
WHY?
First :)
first
i see you eat good and train good but i never see you do recovery i feel like you would be a 9.9 runner if you did recovery
I'm not sure I fully understand your comment. Any time I am not training I am recovering.
@@hovejoha you tell em lmao
Too bulky, sprinting is not bodybuilding.
You could say the same for Carsten Warholm, yet he's a world champion regularly smashing records.
@@oceejekwam6829 Warholm does not have excess bulk.
@@MarxMuru Compared to the Brazilian (in second place) he's a giant.
At the "end of the day", Mathias knows his body better than anyone else and he will know when to cut back on his calories.
@@oceejekwam6829 My argument stands, sprinting is not a powerlifting and excessive focus on strength wont yield results. Anyway, Warholm looks rather modest in size, lighter than that and you are dealing with distance runner physique.
How can you be so relaxed while sprinting? I am currently struggling with this 🥲
