      It’s called low heel recovery. Sprinters do that in order to save time. Their feet travel less distance so they travel faster.

      It does not need to touch the ground. Keeping it just a bit above the ground is probably better.

    i see you eat good and train good but i never see you do recovery i feel like you would be a 9.9 runner if you did recovery

      At the "end of the day", Mathias knows his body better than anyone else and he will know when to cut back on his calories.

      @@oceejekwam6829 My argument stands, sprinting is not a powerlifting and excessive focus on strength wont yield results. Anyway, Warholm looks rather modest in size, lighter than that and you are dealing with distance runner physique.
