Kyle's transformation from a prankster to a leader is just amazing. You can see how he is holding the Nelk group together and growing while OG youtubers have all fallen off the radar.

I love the talk on mental health, and physical health, and overall just being happy. It’s best to be yourself, avoid distractions, and be respectful. Your life can change in a positive way if you take the necessary steps to better yourself.
Its so obvious social media(especially when you live & die over likes) and phone scrolling is totally unhealthy. It acts just like a drug. You get the dopamine spikes off certain shit(views, likes, good content etc). And because its so easy to find something to grt those spikes, you fuck with your baseline. Im far from an expert on it, but how Huberman breaks it down on one of his pods makes all the sense in the world. And yeah what you said is true. Its so important to train your mind to live in the present as much as possible. Cuz depression is mourning over the past and anxiety is worrying about the future. All wasted energy that prevents you from living in the moment, which is all you have control over is that very moment you are in. Train your mind & eat healthy & the rest will usually take care of itself.

Brad brings a lot of value to the nelk boys/ fullsend podcast crowd. He’s a great personality and brings great questions to the table. Steiny is great too. Which Brad has coached him, Steve coached him as well as Bob did. He learned from 3 different takes and still learning. At the end of the day. I respect brads grind. Hustler and good natured.

I work in a high pressure sales environment and I suffer with stress and anxiety from it. I can’t begin to imagine how much pressure Kyle is under with everything he has to manage. Hope he’s going alright now he’s had a bit of a break. Fucking legend.
