Car-Z Check out Film Learnin's Strike Pack which contains more than 100+ Flash lightning effects which you can just drop and drag, Flash + Reverse Flash + Zoom + Savitar. If you wanna do it on your own, you can use Saber by Videocopilot which is a plugin.

Exile Entertainment I prefer not to use preset effects unless they're smoke or something we can't shoot ourselves. If you can do it yourself, why not? :P

Sorry about the late response, we try get to as many viewers as we can. The pre greened smoke just adds a tad bit of detail. If you look at the sparks above Will's left shoulder you'll see some smoke effects :D
