    Yay!!!! Good for you Tatenda!!! 🎉🎉🎉!!! There is nothing that you can tell me that will sound crazy! Nope! You are not alone. Trust me! Been there, done that! Yes, Tatenda this is hard. It is very hard. You will get to target. You have done this hard work before. It may feel harder this time around, but your going to do it all the same! I love walking too. I am not a gym person. Many people aren't aware that it dehydrates you. I love my coffee, so I try to get extra water in to compensate. This winter I started to drink herbal teas at room temperature to increase my water. It helps. You are such a inspiration to me! So loving & positive! Remember we are in this together! Love, support & hugs xx ❤ Roe

    So very happy for you starting back again! I, too had lost 5 stones and thought I’ll just get right back on and didn’t for a good year. Gained it all but 7 lbs. Got back on successfully on January 1st of this year, lost 12.6 lbs in that first week. Kept going. Took my weight on February 1st. Down a total of 19.2 lbs. I am weighing in monthly on the 1st so I don’t make the scale altering my mood and just staying with it.
    I am subscribing because I want you to succeed and also I like the videos. Honest and to the point which is my point, too. Just keep at it. New year, new you and see you at Target in the future where we can discuss Maintenance in the future! Make the food taste good and keep motivated is key. Always never forget your Why!

      Forgot to say, I’m from Florida, USA so overseas but this plan works like none other! You probably figured out I’m American lol, I’m sure. Off the junk food/fast food. Eating 100% at home with emphasis on the slow cooker/air fryer and occasional Instant Pot use.

    Hi I’ve just found your channel, huge well done on your loss, it’s crazy when you look back on things, I saw some old photos of me, and back then I was upset I was over weight after losing 2.5st but now I’m prob 4st heavier, I think “one” can get so obsessed you lose sight of the bigger picture! Love your vlog and would love to hear about the syn free or low syn salad dressings as I struggle with this, I’m rejoining with a friend next Thursday eve so fingers crossed xx

      Im going rejoin Wednesday as i not been for month and i put lot on in a month . So going do a tartget. And try get at least stone off tgen i be bk to where i was month ago and bit more , i got start eating healthy again. And doing steptz. Im going weigh Wednesdaymorin then my week start from then ,going try sp on my first week for Wednesday to get me started again . Hope you have a good lost when you weigh in again . I'm going take one day at a day , have A lovely day your food always look nice

    I joined SW January’23.. lost 3.5 stone Dec ‘23 and hit my target. I’m now trying to get my head around maintaining my weight loss, which is a challenge. My aim is to do this for 12 weeks and then lose half a stone. Well done you for rejoining SW and your weight loss ❤It’s the best thing I did last year. I eat more and better than I have ever done. Go you 👍🏻😊

      Maintenance is so very hard. I’ve maintained for 18months by sticking to 1500 cals. I didn’t do SW as calories are on 99% of packaging whereas syns have to be worked out on app or books that get out of date. Either way maintaining is hard work , so well done ! Keep it up …it’s worth it !

      Well done on maintaining. I struggle with weighing everything before I eat so find syns easier as I know them for most food items I eat regularly. You must be feeling so good x

    I hate water as well. I have Tesco cranberry raspberry sugar free juice mixed with sparkling water ❤ well done on your brilliant loss, I lost the same on my 1st week, it's an amazing start isn't it 👍

    Good luck i am at sw i lost and hit my target in 6 months and now maintain going from 13st 5lb to my current weight is 8st 10lb

    I’m like you, I want to lose 4 stone. My first goal is to lose half a stone and just do it one step at a time. I love ❤️ walking and swimming. I’m doing more low impact exercises. If I do cardio - higher intensity it’ll be only twice a week lol 😂.

      Let's go for the 4stone. Slow and steady wins the race, I have to remind myself all the time because my natural self wants quick results and the when I don't lose the weight quickly I get really upset. First first loss is usually good then everything slows right down. Twice a week high impact is super! I can't wait till I start exercising. All the best with your journey, keep sharing x x
