My first encounter with Cohen was back in 2015. I didn't have any good friends and I was bullied very bad at school. A Sunday, I sat in the car with my parents and on the radio, a famous Belgian psychiatrist was talking about depression, suicide and love. I listened very carefully. In the middle of the interview, they played *the famous blue raincoat*; and when I only 15 years old, it hit me.
After that interview, I decided to tell my crush (for the past 2 years already) I loved her. No long after this, It did and she told me she loved me too. I was happy again.
Fast forward a year and she didn't knew if she still loved me. My heard broke. Few days later, Cohen died (end of 2016). I listened to the famous blue raincoat ... and yes, I knew I still loved her.
In all my sadness, I listened to Cohen, Mumford & Sons and I learned about First Aid Kit. I saw this show on CZcams, one of the best things out there. I watched this over a 100 times. Thanks First Aid Kit!

When this concert was first posted on CZcams I watched it over and over. I made all my friends watch it and, like me, nearly all of them were blown away. Everything about the concert was perfect, Leonard Cohen's words, the interpretation, the music, the singing, the recording, the filming. This is just crying out to be made available on DVD. The release of the music album is fine but it is only that, the music. So much is lost. Please, please, please make the concert available on DVD.

2:32am here in Canada can't sleep so listening to First Aid Kit. I am 65 and learning guitar in the last 3 years. Love your harmonies and have been belting out "My silver ling". Great lyrics in time of COVID and contemplating life choices. I was introduced to Leonard Cohen many years ago by my beautiful artistic daughter. Keep bring your joy. Thank you

I grew up listening to Leonard and I can't think of a better tribute to him. He'll always be my Dad's favorite, and I was more than happy to share this version with my Dad tonight for the first time, and he claims it nearly brought him to tears... that's high praise, and I thank you for doing this.
Edit to this... The world lost my Dad in April of 2023. I come back to this song often to think of him. When I wrote the previous comment, I had no idea time would be so short for him. And here we asre.
This live album is one of the most beautiful I've ever heard. I had always liked a few Cohen songs, but sometimes they sounded too out-of-my-time for my ears. But this performance, this album helped me not only appreciate once again the beauty of Cohen's melodies and lyrics, but also First Aid Kit's aching understanding of timeless music. They trully are something else.
Any act that can execute both this song, and also Black Sabbath’s “War Pigs”, with great skill is worth listening to.

It exists, newly released called “Who by fire. It’s the soundtrack to a show they did (just four times) at a magnificent 18th century venue in Stockholm back in ‘17 . I was there and it was breathtaking
