We stayed in.the Gran tacande many times its a superb hotel the staff are very friendly and its got a fantastic pool area very scenic and spacious.
We had the opportunity to change hotels from The Tigotan just after covid when it was closed but we did not go there I think that was a bad call on my part.
ha, ha ha, short arm long pockets to shopping around there,,lol
This is place is not for me.

There is one thing about Tenerife there is something for everyones budget but these places are very expensive and also not for me!
