Charles Barkley is a national treasure. A legend of a human being.
The crazy thing is that when I was a kid Charles Barkley was an absolutely serious lightning rod and easily one of the most controversial athletes of all time. His "I'm Not A Role Model" commercial infuriated people but looking back on it it was totally true. Now Charles Barkley is really mild but back in the day he was considered really radical but you would have never convinced me then that people now would consider him wise but they do.

Chuck's been on thousands of shows, but no cap, this interview Chuck was amazing. You can see the amount of respect they got for each other, and just two great guys just being themselves.
He said he was retiring 10 years ago and going to be a GM. I imagine TNT hit him with a fat contract and hoping they do it again.

Nah it probably has nothing to do with money. He even turned down millions from 2k, that's why he isn't in 2k with the rest of Inside in the game. I read articles saying that he plans to retire soon because media is getting soft/restricting what he can say. One example being he can't talk about San Antonio anymore.

It’s just incredible what this show can do on a daily basis. They say what they want act like themselves and all guys that ESPN and other shows can’t bring on somehow like to come on this show. If this isn’t the best sports show on earth then I don’t know what is.

As an Australian I never followed the NBA but have been watching Charles Barkley on CZcams and he makes laugh. Love the banter he has with Shaq, who is now doing adds on Australian TV flogging a Betting app.

Charles Barkley was a beast back in the day. Still my favorite player of all time.
Kids see him on TNT and think he's just a fat guy that talks about basketball. But The ROund MOund Of Rebound was, in his prime, one of the best to ever play the game. Barkley was, on the 1992 dream team to the olympics, the top scorer. Not Jordan, not by Bird. Barkley.
