ஆரம்ப கல்வியில்,நிறைய தொய்வு காணப்படுகிறது.மாணவர் எண்ணிக்கை மிகவும்,குறைவான ஒற்றை இலக்கத்தில் உள்ள பள்ளிகளை மூட வேண்டும்.மாறாக மற்ற பள்ளிகளில்,ஒரு வகுப்புக்கு ஒரு ஆசிரியர் என்ற விகிதத்தில் இருக்குமாறு ஏற்பாடு செய்ய வேண்டும்.ஈராசியர் பள்ளி என்பது அ,ஆ தெரியாமல் மாணவர்களை உருவாக்கும் நிலையில் உள்ளன.அதற்கு பல்வேறு காரணங்கள் உள்ளன.

ITK VOLUNTEER க்கு govt job தரோம் என்று சொல்லி 11 மாதத்துக்கு private job தந்துறுக்காங்க. அதுவும் salary teachers தரமாதிரி இல்லைனாலும் ஒரு reasonable salarya கொடுத்திருக்கலாம். Teachers க்கு நல்ல சம்பளம் ஆனா நல்லா வேலை செய்யுறாங்களானு யார் பாக்குறாங்க.
