I mostly play solo games but when chatting with people, i learned to just look straight and that turned into a habit when talking face to "face" with people, its sometimes awkward for others then im just moving forward while talking with them being to a side and me just looking straight ahead.

      @@fearmonkey They sure will be. A lot of companies are developing advanced haptic devices for VR applications because the sense of presence is more important in VR. A lot of what Sony has focused on with the PS5 console like haptic feedback, 3D audio, and even instant load times actually benefits VR immensely. Also I think one of the reasons they put the lightbar in front of the controller this time around was that it will be easier to track with an inside out tracking system like the Quest headset uses (which I think is what PSVR 2 will also use).

      @Saint_Arod Před 3 lety +1

      I’m no expert, but I think it because of how the haptics work in the controller. They’re basically speakers that can be encoded with certain frequencies which translate into tactile vibrations - so the easiest way for our brain to explain these vibrations is through auditory mimicry - similar to onomatopoeia our throats basically replicate what we feel physically.
      In my opinions this is one of the most advanced forms of human communication, just being able to explain something without any actual words and have someone know almost exactly what you mean is just next level.

      Just gotta hope that the devs will take advantage of this. They have the opportunity to either destroy Sony's DualSense controller idea if they just ignore the features it offers, or to revolutionize the gaming industry by embracing the features and forcing the rest of the industry to get on board. I am yet to get to experience it, finally getting my console Saturday, but I do see the risk in features like the DualSense and the cards feature that can easily be left behind by the devs if they choose not to work with them, that will ultimately result in this console being received much differently years from now. Right now the vast majority of reviews are based on the games that were designed and selected to take full advantage of the features, and therefore a vast majority of reviews are based on what we can see right now, and the potential for what could be, rather then any clear indication of what will be.

    • @thomasrial4444
      @thomasrial4444 Před 3 lety

      My problem with Sony is they don’t have the value of games like Xbox game pass has. When you add all the numbers up
      (Don’t feel like doing that right now) it’s value massively outperforms is exclusive s that can be watched on CZcams.
      Game pass adds 60 games a year roughly. 5 games a month that you don’t have to pay for. It’s like around 1500 to 2000 dollar value a year That you don’t have to pay for besides the monthly payment which ends up as $180 a year.
      I get what Sony is doing but it just means going to Sony will empty my wallet faster because the 12 exclusives that were added in 2020 added up to $720. I’d rather not spend that much when Xbox exclusives are getting close to free and other games become free with this new process.
      I will wait of course for the second versions of the consoles to come out though because Xbox one basic version sucks compared to the Xbox one S the best console of this gen
      I’ve played on ps3, Xbox 360, ps4, Xbox one, and Xbox S.

    • @thomasrial4444
      @thomasrial4444 Před 3 lety +2

      @@Nemo.404 - ok no.. I literally pay attention to both of these consoles and what they provide. Xbox is not just about streaming services.
      Microsoft is moving to a more consumer friendly approach most likely because of what the did with the original Xbox One. The game pass and accusation of all these gaming companies that they’ve been buying like Zenimax and obsidian and a couple of other smaller companies. Most of the games that are produced under these companies will become exclusive to Xbox. The Game pass adds about 60 games a year or 5 a month which is valued around $1,000 - $3,000 based on the actual games that are on the game pass. There’s also already over 100 games already on the game pass. It costs $180 to use for that valuation so just minus that from all the games added and already on there’s value. I only paid $1 for two years so it’s even been more beneficial to me but I did the math to find out if it was worth it when that two year time period is up
      Sony had over 15 exclusives that aren’t free off of a service in 2019 which at $60 it’s $900 to play those exclusives for that year. Clearly PlayStation is putting a lot of work into making exclusives worth the purchase of their more expensive console but you do still have to pay for the game as well.
      And the controller for the new PlayStation is most likely better than the new Xbox’s but idk about the Xbox control yet. What I do know is that call of duty Cold War is 250 GB at the moment but unscrewing apparently and with all these games with increased sizes are you’ll only be able to have about 6-8 big games on your PS5. So your forced to buy a external hard drive otherwise you’ll be micro managing games within 1 year.
      Xbox does only have 200 more GB but shows the Xbox is beginning to increase its size because of these games which Sony is ignoring. I had this problem with my ps4 and the games I had on it weren’t that big yet.
      Xbox is looking to build more customer trust with services they provide and buying all these gaming companies to produce more games that aren’t gears of war and halo. And the new Xbox is built better price wise. All these exclusives can be watched on CZcams anyways so you don’t even need to spend money on these games that aren’t built for both systems (which in my opinion is scumy anyway because I think it’s anti-consumer)
      Also what’s the point of buying a system for its exclusives if you don’t buy all of its exclusives for over $900 extra dollars?
      This is why I’m staying clear of PlayStation until they fix their system. I have a mortgage to pay I’d rather not waste my money so I focus on the system that’s better for my wallet and still provide the games I want to play.

I mean, it is already said that halo infinite will be having micro-transactions; and yeah, they also said that you can get everything in game, but still, it has the micro-transactions, so let's see what comes in the future. Microsoft wants exclusive games for the gamepass, so how do you think they are going to afford a triple A game?
      I just want to be clear. I'm not defending Sony, I would never defend a company, a conglomerate, for that's what the all are. You just started the subject. I consume Playstation and PlayStation's games because I like them, I like the exclusives, those are my type of games, games like bloodborne, persona, god of war, etc...
