    Great video. I hope 2025 brings a big iMac with OLED display, but maybe there is no space for it, because of the Mac Studio, I love the machine.

    good, but there's at least one error - there was no Intel Core 2 Duo 17" begun in 2009 which ran OS X 10.3 - 10.5.

      Yes iMac 2011 was a great model of Mac 🖥. Even in 2024, it can successfully be use without problems.

      @@thetid8852 That’s great. An iMac with 16 GB of Ram and 1 TB SSD, I think it’s very fast and stable

    iMac has no purpose anymore. Unless it has Target Display mode at least. Once the computer goes, you have a redundant screen. At the base level, an M2 Pro mini and a Studio Display are pretty perfect, although a bit expensive, but I'd rather pay £3k for something that won't end up being nothing more than a brick when it goes wrong.

    • @henockbill
      @henockbill  Před 7 dny

      That’s true, me too i actually prefer Mac Pro, Mac Studio or Mac Mini for the same reason. I use iMac only when it really necessary to have one

      @@henockbillnow that you mentioned it, out of curiosity
      When do you think it’s strictly necessary to have an iMac?

    • @henockbill
      @henockbill  Před 7 dny

      I think, the iMac is strictly necessary when your main focus is on an easy to use Mac Desktop. One cable, a mouse, a keyboard and that’s all. Even a computer beginner can easily use it. It’s generally the case in public spaces and family where everybody share the same computer. But if you don't care about easiness, try to go with Mac Studio, Pro or Mini with a Studio Display. it's generally the case in professional areas where everybody is supposed to master computer science.
