Adam has devoted a large part of his career to redefining facilitation, upgrading the capabilities of facilitators, and understanding and codifying the magic that happens in a facilitated space. His remarkable career spans over 50 countries, playing a key role in rebuilding nations and relationships, such as after the end of apartheid in South Africa and the Colombian civil war.
    Adam is also the author of four best-selling books, including the brilliantly titled "Collaborating with the Enemy" and "Facilitating Breakthrough."
