The fact that you noticed the bars and lined it up with today's world shows that you both are very musically inclined. This was a fun song for him to break out and take on the world's culture and also get a jab in. Majority of "Reactors" out here are barely old enough to have even heard the song when it originated. The authenticity of each comment you make shows how well you do these. I appreciate the time and effort you put into these. Keep it up
This track was actually the last one to be made for the album. Jimmy Iovine listened to the album and he said it’s missing that one big commercial song So they were in the studio altogether with the keyboard player, a few other producers and Em was bored to death. I’m not sure but I think the keyboard player started off with that melody that you hear in the song and went from there.
"Will Smith don't gotta cuss in his raps to sell records." "Well I do. So f*ck him & f*ck you too." That bar gained so much depth after realising Will be putting hands on people without cause & yelling profanities on National TV but he don't cuss on songs... because you know, role model. Lol 😂😂😂 Great Stuff Gentlemen.💯 So much emotional attachment to this music. ✌
I liked you brought up the difference in characters, similar like you did with Biggie, give me the loot. To me slim shady, Marshall Mathers, and Eminen, all rap differently, subject wise and cadence. t.I. Vs t.i.p. Lesser. And the one off, often maligned track “who killed it” by Nas, which I actually quite like.
Drake confirmed that Em did the craziest thing in music from a rap perspective… Drake said Taylor Swift is the biggest gangster in music and everybody knows not to drop when she does or go at her… Em went at ALL the Taylor Swifts

This track was so overplayed back then. It was everywhere.

There was nothing like it before. There was a reason for it

He still offends people and says shit like this now he’s just more sneaky and clever with it.
