This is the exact same as my first keyboard build which i completed just a couple days ago but i used the gateron black inks v2 for my switches.

I just picked up an LK67 at a Bargain Hunt for $3, yes 3. So I decided to make the ultimate budget keyboard for my first build. Ordered the Gateron KS-9 2.0 Yellows @$0.24 /piece, a polar cap set from Epomaker for $30, and 3ml of the same lube for $6.95. Went ahead and stuffed the massive amount of empty space in the board with toilet paper for Free.99. Total cost was just under $60.
Hopefully I'm capable of assembling it

you should foam the bottom of the case, tape mod the pcb, and holee mod the stabs and clip them and lube them. idk just suggesting

Quick question : can you see the letter in the keycaps in dark ? I am also thinking of buying asa profile keycap set ( it's similar to your one but white and black ) but I am not sure because most of them are not rgb shine through through.
The legends in the keycaps I used aren't translucent! so I can't see anything in the dark lol

I wish you could pick the color on your keycaps, like specifically, each one of them, I had some ideas for a keyboard keycaps that I would like, but because I can't pick I'll probably won't be building a keyboard very soon, at least not before I buy an airbrush, cuz maybe I could paint the keycaps with it.

add some foam underneath the pcb when you can, will make the board sound much much better. great build nonetheless

The budget king is no longer Gateron yellows. Hands down to Akko CS switches for being one of the best budget friendly and premium switches.
Edit: Check out the new Akko CS Jelly lineup! I know they are more expensive than the normal Akko CS switches, but consider the price 400฿ for 45 pcs and premium quality... This is a steal!

Isn't there interference if u use asa keycaps on the north facing led pcb of the lk670?
if you're talking about LED lights, I usually use my keyboard without lights but the light doesn't really seep through with keycaps so you might want to have RGB keycaps
None, afaik ASA profile does not interference with north facing boards.
Gateron Yellows are so yesterday. Gateron *Pro* Yellows are the way to go. Much smoother than them scratchy ass standard yellows. Only a slight price difference between the two ;)

Its pretty hollow, so opening the keyboard up and stuffing foam inside should improve the acoustics. But other than that amazing for your first build!

don't be careful about clones, defending the 'color monopoly' is the least of my worries
