I made this using the ultra key tool of Adobe Premiere Pro. I downloaded the Barry Allen and Broly running green screens, imported them into Adobe Premiere, then imported the video of DBS Gogeta vs Broly. The background was also taken from that fight, I just zoomed in on it to hide the other characters.
