I watched DBZ back in July or August simply because my friend told me to watch DBZA (Which I did), so I watched the entirety of DBZ (Yep, I skipped the og DB). Then once I finished, I moved onto Super, and I'm currently finishing up GT. I watched DBS: Super Hero a week ago, and when I found myself crying because the movie was so great, I knew that Dragon Ball deserves to have a special place in my heart.
Dragon Ball Gt has (in my opinion) some of the best endings in the entire franchise. They're so fun and joyful you can't help but smile.

Ayy you love to see it man. Definitely, recommend OG Dragon Ball tho. It’s a great watch (assuming you haven’t seen it by now).
og db is like 40% of the story you gotta watch it once you finish gt!
