Years ago, a young orphan named Luke had lost everything to a single Bounty Hunter. Whilst he gained incredible power in the process, the cost was simply far too great. Having been scarred on that day, he attempted to get his life around, vowing to never utilize the power he gained after losing his closet friends. As the years go by and Luke has fully grown, a monster from his past comes back to haunt him.

My lord what a banger. It’s balls to the walls, walls to the balls, and everything in between. 15:43 was funny and helped give some lightheartedness when the tone was mostly serious beforehand. The sequence at 15:53 was really well done and flowed nicely (Probably one of my favourite action parts of the video). Luke's transformation as 19:23 was epic and the entirety of Luke's beatdown on Oyx was fantastic. Even though we were just introduced to Rayon, your use of flashbacks and just how polite and understanding his character was to Luke works effectively at having his death feel sad and the viewer feel for Luke. At first, I expected Luke to overcome his fear of fighting after his failure to save Rayon, but I think by having Luke harshly reject his saiyanhood and refuse to transform or even fight because of the pain that it's brought him in the past probably works better for his character and shows that those experiences continue to scar him years later. He reminds me of Gohan's pacifist nature during the Cell games but if his character had continued to grow into resenting fighting rather than learning that although it isn't a necessity there are times where they are required to fight. Aside from all of the action 24:53 might be my favourite scene, just with how it contrasts with him reaching out at his fond memories of the past and cuts to Luke as a battle worn Super Saiyan pulling his hand back. Even just by itself, that scene says a lot about Luke's character and the things he's experienced throughout his life. Absolutely beautiful work.

I like to think, that most of the saiyans in this universe are actually quite peaceful with, Oyx as one of the many exceptions to their race. Because Luke seems to be the opposite of Goku while he excepts he is a saiyan when he turns super saiyan. Luke sees the saiyan race as a barbaric and violent race that should even exist.
