WE FINISHED OUR VAN!!!!! In 7 weeks exactly, we took an empty cargo van and made it into our home on wheels. We are beyond excited to show you the final product ❤

I made a slat bed for my van and it had the same problem. I ended up putting supports and a slanted board on the end. Now, pushing it in, the slats gently move into place. Doing some of this made me lose some underneath storage though. I learned a lot. It was the first furniture I had ever made. We have slept on it and it works.

After putting our "runners" underneath for the boards to slide on, it made everything 100x better! In our experience we didn't even begin to think about stuff like that until we were actually building it and saw the flaws in it all. It's funny that we had the same experience! 'm sure you could feel our pain through the screen 😂 thanks for watching :)
