- I present to you a very tasty and easy to prepare recipe with salty cheese. These pies are soft on the inside, crispy on the outside, and you can adjust the filling according to your taste.
I filled them with salty cheese and dill from the garden, you can fill them with cheese and onion or spinach....

Ingredients:
For the dough
🌺 300 ml warm water
🌺 7 g of dry yeast or about 20 g of fresh yeast
🌺 1 egg
🌺 1 teaspoon salt
🌺 500-520 g wheat flour
🌺 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
✅️ Let the dough rise for 60 minutes
💮 oil for the work table (2-4 tablespoons)
💮 150 g soft butter / at room temperature

✅️ Put the dough in the fridge for about 30 minutes, in the meantime prepare the filling👇
For the filling:
🌸 600-650 g salty cheese
🌸 3 eggs
🌸 dill or green onion, spinach
💮 1 egg for brushing on top before putting in the oven
✅️ Bake each pie in the preheated oven at 180°C | 356°F, 30-35 minutes (top and bottom heat) or until the top becomes golden.
