🔹Ingredients🔹
Dough:
✔Wheat flour - 200 g.
✔Butter - 80 g.
✔Baking powder - 1 tsp.
✔Sugar - 1 tsp.
✔Salt - 1/3 tsp.
✔Egg - 1 pc.
✔Cold water - 1-2 tbsp. l.
✔Lemon juice - 1 tbsp. l. (not necessary)
Filling:
✔Spinach - 300 g.
✔Onion - 1-2 pcs.
✔A little vegetable oil for frying.
✔Cheese (I used mozzarella) - 200 g.
✔Salt - to taste.
✔Black ground pepper - to taste.
Fill:
✔Eggs - 2 pcs.
✔Sour cream or thick yogurt - 3 tbsp. l.
✔Salt - 1/3 tsp.
✔More love and good mood (required).
The diameter of my baking dish is 22 cm
🕒 Bake at 180°C/356 F for an average of 30-40 minutes. The exact baking time depends on your oven.

✅You can exclude lemon juice in the dough by replacing it with water.
✅The amount of onions in the filling can be adjusted at your discretion (a little more or less).
✅If you don't have sour cream or yogurt on hand for pouring, take a little milk or another egg.
✅If you wish, you can add other spices to the filling.

Me encanta hacer tartas, les doy un tips sobre todo para rellenos húmedos como este y evitar q la masa quede translúcida como cruda, ponerle clara huevo pincelada o pan rallado. Otra opción es darle una precoccion a la masa sin dorar 😊
Thanks for sharing this. The base is similar to what I make and I put some dried thyme into the flour. I use cheddar cheese, only because it's what I always have I my fridge! I will try adding some mozzarella as a treat.

Danke für das Rezept, es sieht sehr lecker aus! Das ist eine typisch schweizer Gemüsewähe. Bei Spinat dünste ich gerne noch etwas Knoblauch mit an und würze auch mit Muskatnuss. Man kann das Rezept mit vielen Zutaten variieren, mit Champignons, grünem Spargel, Paprika, Kürbis, Cherrytomaren,… auch mit Speckwürfeln ergänzen, oder mit Lachs und Dill, oder mit verschiedenen Käsesorten, ganz wir man mag. Den Teig kenne ich nur ohne Zitonensaft. Wunderbare Vorspeise mit einem guten Weisswein oder Hauptgericht mit einem schönen Salat dazu. Immer sehr fein! Danke fürs Teilen und viele Grüsse aus der Schweiz!
