Valheim - Testing Krom and the Arbalest vs Fulings

- Neuron activation is all I can say. Big number = stimulation. Overall this adventure was close to 20 hours, lots of exploration and fuling killing, and lots of stone mining. Been cooking up a plains village idea. Really excited to show it off to you guys. Will probably submit it for a build of the month for the dev blogs, I think it's that good! A teaser of the plains village is at the end, so if you wanna skip straight to that go for it I can't really stop you. This plains village is an idea I've had cookin in the back of my mind for almost half a year now. It's gonna be phenomenal.
Alright memes aside, atgeir is far too powerful yap yap yap, swapping to krom for big number = very good and has lots of ashlands implications. Through this adventure my sword skill was around the 70s, and Krom was level 2 doing 650-800 damage, like bruh, new theory just dropped, stagger a mob then swap to Krom for MASSIVE damage. That easy lol. Arbalest being the best opener too, insane burst damage, the age of parrying is over, the time of the control swap to burst weapon is now. I can't imagine what swords 100 with a level 3 and potential 4 krom is capable of. Arbalest jump shots are really somethin to practice too for the ashlands, I can see plenty of scenarios in the ashlands where it'll be helpful. Now is the perfect time to start preparing for the Ashlands!

Enshrouded release date is Jan 24, probably won't record stuff on it but if I like the game I might post some builds and maybe if the combat system holds (the beta didn't seem to be to complex on combat) I'll def post some footage of the game. As for coming vids, it's not a lot sadly. Got the plains village coming up (I'm about 1/3s done with the plains village, maybe 1/4?, so probably won't be a vid from me in 3+ weeks which is kinda sad but it is what is, and then Enshrouded release will happen and I'll be blastin that out. Once enshrouded calms down I'll return to Valheim and finish Ashland preparation, finish the main base (I've cooked insanely hard on the main base too), if time allows it, I'll do a Mistlands village but with Ashlands release looming I might feel like I'm under a time crunch. We will see. As for my Ashlands plans I think I'm gonna go blind on very hard with some mage strats, staff of protection is far too powerful.
Also new computer is built, it's a beast! I love it. I get 60-100 fps (depends on the area with windmills/fires/torches/lights) in my main base with 15k instances!
The Covenant may be slumbering, but the Eternal forest never dies. Tree emotes will live forever. Regardless of where they are removed.

Also that build is looking amazing! Especially the vines + Dverger Lanterns on the bridge!
The implications are wild, like you said, can't wait for ashlands gamin and ye, I'm stoked about this plains village I can't wait to show it off!

Stupid question but why are you jumping when you shoot the arbalast? How do you aim?

Basically the idea is to just jump over an obstacle and then get a sneak shot from it, it's more fancy points than anything, but it has some ashlands implications. It's also just a good skill set to have in your arsenal. That's all
