I love how every single character and every single object that appears on screen absolutely has something important to add and drives the plot of the show. I haven’t seen something so fantastic and enticing in a while.

for me Sophie didnt feel oke from the start. I didnt liked her character and was annoyed by her fake calmnes. There was something really off and it was irritating. That was not a red flag then, but i understood at the end why i felt like that when i saw her parts in the series.
This show was excellent. You think you know what's going on until you see the ending and realize, you really didn't know much. I love shows like this. Well well done.

Just finished watching this on Netflix. I gotta say it is addictive, I finished the season all in one day lol.. mysterious with a massive twist at the end. I highly recommend for those who are into mysyery, the end of each episode keeps you hanging for more

Ian Byrne it is a terrible accent, which isn’t helped by co-starring with Marc Warren who, despite actually being British, has a natural accent that sounds like an American doing a bad British accent. :)

Giving Michael a British accent for this show is a really great move. I think so many of us just see Dex when we see him, so anything to rub that off your mind is really cool.

I watched the whole season in a day. I heard the British accent, had to pause but Dexter trying his best at the English accent is so cute. Absolutely loved it. Love Michael C. Hall. Flawless at whatever he does.

I'm a Brit, born and raised in London. His accent is pretty good, I don't know why anyone is complaining. (Guarantee you most of the people who scoff at the accent aren't from the UK.)

So I just got done watching this and one big takeaway for me personally was the emphasis on strength of family throughout. I really liked how the writers really made that a focal point, regardless of who you felt was innocent or guilty. At least that's what stood out to me. I really enjoyed this show, and it's format.

This is the best British murder mystery thriller I ever watched yet.. it is a plot twist storyline.. never get bored of watching even a single episode.. highly recommend to watch this masterpiece ❤️

Just finished this excellent series that hooks you after a few minutes into episode 1 and won't let you go. Excellent cast, especially the two that play Chris's parents, you can see the anguish in their eyes. Terrific show!

Wow. In a field of British people acting with an American accent, this is the first time I can remember ever seeing it the other way around. He plays it convincingly too. So much so that I thought for a few seconds that it was just someone who looked like him until they did a close up.
Accent is impeccable. That voice is pretty much my voice, and I'm from Hertfordshire (just above London)

Why not, is his work to do accents. Brits, Aussies and Irish actors do American characters all the time. The real question is if its good. I love to hear from a Brit. Americans tend to to be harder on American actors playing brits than actual Brits.
