Hello...I just gave my elevator pitch and wanted to share the questions asked in it so it can help you to be prepared....1st question was to introduce yourself education,strengths weakness, hobbies, etc. Second was what did you do other than your curriculum and third was have you faced any bad customer service and what would you do if you were in that person's shoes.
1st ques which is Introduction is common for everyone i guess, 2nd ques i got was talk about something you have achieved as a team, 3rd was to tell about any failure in the past one year, and what you have learnt from that. I hope it helps someone

Hi Abhas, Thanks for commenting! The final shortlisting criteria is totally depends on the bank. They might be using a ranking system by which they finalise the top 100 candidates (example) based on the actual vacancies. And both these things are not disclosed by the bank yet. Hi Harsha, As per the website information, they just accept graduates. They have not mentioned PG anywhere in the eligibility. Every organisation clearly mentions about the eligibility criteria which includes the Educational Qualifications. So, by that, it is very clear that they don’t accept PG. For Your Knowledge, only Axis Bank’s Young Bankers Program accepts both UG and PG applicants.

I cannot assure the questions, but it would be about you and your experiences. Introduction about you, why you are a good fit for Axis Bank, and Questions like that, which you need to answer very quickly in a best and concise way. You can prepare for these questions by referring any HR Round QnA video or related content. In this Elevator pitch, you just need to record your response. You can refer my video for that. All the folks who have not received results yet. Look for other opportunities or if you are already working in IT upskill and switch to other companies. These axis people don't have many vacancies but they have shortlisted too many people and now they are wasting time by not clarifying.

As per the website information, they just accept graduates. They have not mentioned PG anywhere in the eligibility.
Every organisation clearly mentions about the eligibility criteria which includes the Educational Qualifications.
So, by that, it is very clear that they don’t accept PG.
For Your Knowledge, only Axis Bank’s Young Bankers Program accepts both UG and PG applicants.

Elevator Pitch, In general, is nothing but how you would introduce yourself to the interviewer in a very short span of time.
I cannot assure the questions, but it would be about you and your experiences. Introduction about you, why you are a good fit for Axis Bank, and Questions like that, which you need to answer very quickly in a best and concise way.
You can prepare for these questions by referring any HR Round QnA video or related content.
In this Elevator pitch, you just need to record your response. You can refer my video for that.

If result don't come before 1 june then for safe side I'll joining the already offered job in some other company. Let's see

All the folks who have not received results yet. Look for other opportunities or if you are already working in IT upskill and switch to other companies. These axis people don't have many vacancies but they have shortlisted too many people and now they are wasting time by not clarifying.
