She is stunningly beautiful here, her face is so expressive, no need for words at all.
+Ian McKenzie That's true! She''s HONESTLY the most beautiful actress I've ever seen!
That's her secret weapon. It's rare, and it's the difference between a good actor and an exceptional actor. She is truly special.
She is not only the most beautiful and talented actress of our time, but she also has an amazing personality, and is a very deep thinker, and it is very interesting to listen to her talk. It all starts with her beautiful and expressive eyes, but when you observe her whether in an interview or a movie, she can just put you into something like a trance. Simply a phenomenal actress and person.
put you into something like a trance... could not agree more, not purely because of her beauty..
She's amazing. She just exudes class and her acting has come a long way and she continues to amaze me
One of the best things about her is that her whole career looks like a one huge film, a one huge masterpiece. Her acting journey is the most exciting to watch among all the actors and actresses I know. She has worked with so many great directors: Nolan, Scott, Allen, Mann, Burton, Jeunet, Soderbergh, Audiard, Besson... And now she's gonna work with Zemeckis! It's just crazy. Gosh, I love her so much.
Marion I love you, You are so wise and with a brilliant mind, we need more of You!❤
Considering that you DID follow a legend in the acting industry, Judi Dench, as Lady Macbeth, your performance was truly GLORIOUS.
Wow, didn't expect that! Thank you very much, Marion is the greatest
Marion is a truly inspiration. My heart to you, woman.
It sounds like she has been through a lot and grown by the result of it. Looks like she has conquered whatever she needed to conquer. It's in her eyes. She's not in the darkness.
She is so beautiful. Gorgeous! She has such beautiful and expressive eyes. Her English is excellent...barely an accent.
She is such a beautiful soul.
Wow, what an incredible interview. One of the best I've seen on this channel so far. So honest and heartfelt. Nice work! (P.S. Loved Macbeth.)
+Clare Flynn I absolutely agree with you, great interview.
This Macbeth fucking sucked. Macbeth without mystery and magic. Dumb.
+nickelelr It was more of a character study, which is something this director is known for. A different interpretation. And I think that's why everyone loved it.
Marion You are one of kind, thank You❤
She's perfect!
Her humility is a breath fresh air. Has she ever done comedy?
She’s a main character In little white lies which is a very funny adult drama, it’s from 2010 and is basically a modern French version of “the big chill “
He knows that English isn't her first language but he rumbles through his sentences like a speed train. She coped very well with it but he should slow down.
Master i live in america and let me tell you they dont understand how to slow down!?
a charming and very talented woman
I love Marion Cotillard, but she should know that there are people who talk to themselves out loud in "discussion", as she put it.
It may occur to people who psychologically, either due to trauma or as a consequence of extreme loneliness or social isolation disengage from reality and "befriend" themselves as a coping mechanism. This incredible psychological coping mechanism results in the self treating itself like a separate entity.
In extreme cases, the self can totally disengage from reality and talk to him or herself in front of others without any inhibition. Meanwhile, to a lesser degree there are people who talk to themselves in isolation, but not in front of others...which is probably why we think such a phenomenon does not exist.
And finally, there are people who "talk to themselves" but only to motivate themselves momentarily, or question their own actions.
The last example is obviously what most people do.
We all do it all the time only not out loud. We might do out loud when we stub our toe, but we are all in a constant discussion with ourselves in truth. I know that's obvious. But I'm sure you'll know what I mean.
just wow
she went super deep at the end
She is one of the best actors today! She masters everything! She is so good playing the villain and she should play a femme fatale!💕
Yes, she did play a femme fatale in Inception 😊
love her and french of course england hereford city🎄🎆🎇🎄✨
That's a great interview!
wow, it's not very common for a french person to have almost 'eradicated' her accent. kudos to her
19:10 Spoke too soon!
I guess we won't be seeing her in a Malick film anytime soon.
I didnt love the movie overall. But she was great.
Sexiest accent ever.
Well I'm sorry but she was horrible as Lady Macbeth
+nanKCAS that's not true
LIEEESSSSS
NadiaKon
I guess I feel weird now because I talk with myself. She's so overrated.
+Ben A overrated??? lmfao.... someone such as jlaw is overrated, cotillard is someone who's most definitely not.
astroception
I think everyone is overrated.
+Ben A You sound like a treat.
+Ben A What world are you living in?! Give me an example of an actress of her calibre?
Luke Koebele Not arguing, just putting Alicia Vikander in the conversation.
Stopped watching after she could not pronunciate "interpreted" in the first 30 seconds of the interview while the interview was about Macbeth.
+asd thought about doing the same thing but kept watching. It gets worse (btw I almost stopped reading your comment because of that "pronunciate" instead of "pronounce").
***** I am, why?
What a stupid reason. Don't you know that english is not her first language?
Kaspar "Pronunciate is not a word an educated person would use. The correct word is pronounce" >>>>(pronounce or pronunciate? | WordReference Forums)......... Kaspar how is your french by the way?
What a foolish thing to say.
