Thank You for the video. I could not figure out how to take it off. I've learned my lesson about just forcing things. (it always cost me more). I had a "NOTCH" at the bottom for the set screw but there was no set screw. so it twisted off. thanks for great and simple video just for ME.

The last part of the video was most helpful. I'm removing a spout that has the set screw access hole on the bottom but there was no set screw. I was afraid to try and unscrew the spout till I saw it is possible to either leave or remove the internal piping. Thanks for sharing.

No as long as your knob is in the off position you will be fine 🙂
