Feel Dragon Grima (Ganmorg) Parts one and two were published by shonen jump. but everything onward was ultra jump. If the series remained a part of shonen jump I'm sure they would've put more JoJo characters in.

I'm sure when the game originally released in Japan, Part 1 and 2 were airing. So to line up with the ongoing show, they decided to go with Jonathan and Joseph. Jotaro and Johnny have both appeared in past Jump Crossover games, I honestly think it was because of timing. If the game was popular enough, I'm sure Jotaro and maybe Yoh would've been DLC.
Jotaro Kujo Shonen Jump? Ultra Jump? It's the same Publisher, Shueisha, right? And the game is J-Stars (J standing for Jump) so I believe that Ultra Jump thing is not the reason for Jotaro not being in the game.

Tuxedo Mask would just distract Goku for 29 episodes with one of his roses, Then Sailor Mars and Sailor Mercury use their firepower to slow him down for 2 more seasons but then it pays off because Usagi finally gets the message to throw her tiara by Luna which obliterates Goku. Yes our beloved goku does die but what else would he expect against an opposition as Iconic as the Sailor Guardians?

Besides Sailor Moon, other good players would be Ryuko from Kill La Kill, Cardcaptor Sakura, Yu-Gi-Oh who could summon monsters, The Gunsmith Cats: Rally and May as a team, Not sure who else as of now.
Yami Yugi (who I assume you're talking about) in addition to summon monsters could take elements from the punishment games (from season 0 and the first several chapters of the manga before they changed it to be about cards) such as drop a lighter and burn the other character, like when he burned a dude alive.

I actually really hope that Shonen Jump makes another game like this for their next anniversary. If they do (and hopefully improve some of the gameplay) I hope they'll have added some interesting new anime characters into it, like Boruto, Deku, and the protagonist from Black Clover. And definitely more Jojo.

!saac 99 Have you played JJBA Heritage for the Future or JJBA All-Star Battle? Both Jotaro and DIO are playable characters. Heritage is based entirely off Stardust Crusaders (I assume you've only watched the anime, so it won't spoil future parts for you) and can be emulated while ASB includes all 8 parts and is PS3 only.
