      It is called "Dry humor". It doesn't have punchline like normal jokes do. It simply IS

      We expect a punchline, but there is none, so people with a sense of humour would get that it's an anti-joke and would probably laugh if they were in the mood.
      Someone here already mentioned as well that if a Finn was telling this joke in Finnish and they said the final part in Estonian, it would be quite clever. And it would make the mention of "so many layers to this" non-sarcastic :D

    Pointless joke. I got a better one for you that can be told only in estonian. First you need to know that there is a word "pull" in estonian and it means male cow but also a fun joke. So anyway a frog jumps around the field and sees a cow. Cow wears a flower behind the ear. "Hey cow, why is the flower behind your ear?" The frog asks. " just for "pull" ", sounds the answer.
