  • A custom made double two-tie small square baler baling both hay and straw in Northwest Ohio. This baler started out as a Hesston 1844 three-tie baler, and after cutting it apart, widening everything, and adding more components, it has become a machine that truly doubles the compacity of our commercial balers. Check out our website jdrussellhay.com/double-baler... for the full story of how this baler evolved from an idea to reality.
This video can be played up to 2160p 4k. You can change the Quality in your video Settings if it appears grainy at first.

I buy one!! Larry from Oregon. Trying to higher people to run a second baler is a pain and cutting down on a tractor. Awesome.

Nothing better than baling alfalfa hay. So sweet!

I had thought of that concept before, I had wondered if it would work. I see it does. That has got to be the future of 2 tie commercial square baling, just can’t get enough productivity out of a normal baler on commercial acres.

Definitely a great concept if someone would put it into production! Would sell 100 units in my neighborhood on the first year! I want 2 right now!

Is there any chance they go into production soon? Or how about selling me one of the prototypes? All I bale is grass type hay in south Texas. Super interested!!!!

Someone has been thinking when they came up with this 2 banger . How much PTO. HP do you need to run it? Dose it give more trouble than normal?
