Veeramachaneni Ramakrishna, popularly known as VRK, is a Telugu-language author, motivational speaker, and health coach. He is best known for his VRK diet, which is a plant-based diet that emphasizes whole, unprocessed foods.
VRK was born in 1969 in a village in Andhra Pradesh, India. He is a Chartered Accountant from Vijayawada. He formulated the "Veeramachaneni Diet Plan". According to his diet plan, coconut oil, ghee, olive oil, curd, butter, cheese and sea salt should be used for cooking. He designed this program as four pillars in a way suitable for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians.

Vrk - i eat eggs and use pure coconut oil
Manthena/ramchandra- sprouts and fruits Khadar - Millet at least 3 days a week
