Yes, just make sure it has some service history. Turbo's need clean oil. Rattling coming from the back end can be the rear suspension bushes. I like them but they are not very fast.

HI HAVE YOU CHECKED THE PCV VALVE IN THE ROCKER COVER?, IF THAT IS NOT WORKING IT WILL PUT OIL IN THE TURBO THROUGH THE BREATHER PIPE COMING FROM THE ROCKER COVER.
Yes, that was a suspect but as it is difficult to get into without breaking it, I left it. The rocker cover has since been changed for another second-hand unit and it has made no difference to the oil. Thanks anyway!

Just go for a decent replacement, not the second-hand route.
