Ekaterina is a Russian born Canadian singer. She's opera trained but does lots of things with her voice that are incredible. You can find a few videos out there of her in various talen contests - Bulgaria's Got Talen and Italia's Got Talent to name a couple.

I believe the term you were looking for when talking about Ekaterina's "flick" is 'Whistling." Ekaterina has an insane "Whistle Register," refined and honed by her Opera Training (she's an Opera Singer). If you look at the visuals, when the "Whistle Tones" come in, you'll noticed Ekaterina pops up at or very near the top of the screen and she looks like she's belting. That's Ekaterina going into her "Whistle Register." She does all the "Whistle Tones" in this song. Usually, when The Bass Gang doesn't have someone like Ekaterina as a guest who is capable of "Whistle," Tomi P is the one that provides the "Whistle Tones." He's got crazy "Whistle Tones." Like the other three can go super high, but Tomi P can legit "Whistle." He's IN-SANE! But yeah, the "Whistles" in this song are all Ekaterina.
