I haven't tried it yet, but melodics.com looks like a great place to learn finger drumming, and in the meantime, I just make sure I hit the pads for at least a few minutes every single day... playing along with tunes at the same time is one of the best ways, trying to match the kick, snare and hi hat of different songs as they come up!
