Your CZcams channel came up on my feed, and I’m really enjoying your content, & dedication to your family and values. Not to mention all your cooking tips. You & Jim are inspiring and genuinely real. We have three grown children and 5 grandchildren now, but you’re never too old to learn. One important thing I’ve gleaned from you is that 1,2, or possibly 3 food items make a meal. Hearty soup, or a meat entree and a vegetable are enough. Soup doesn’t need crackers with it; and dinner doesn’t need salads & bread alongside. This way, the kids eat “the good stuff.” Wishing you much continued success!
I watch these videos of people having these over the top commercial parties for their children's birthdays and yes the children are having fun etc however, to me, the "specialness" for the birthday person gets lost. The way you have adapted how you celebrate creates a whole vibe that shows the birthday person how special they are and creation of memories is what really matters. You gave me a ton of inspirational ideas for family gatherings.
