The values of fuel consumptions, CO2 emissions and energy consumptions shown were determined according to the European Regulation (EC) 715/2007 in the version applicable at the time of type approval. The figures refer to a vehicle with basic configuration in Germany and the range shown considers optional equipment and the different size of wheels and tires available on the selected model. The values of the vehicles are already based on the new WLTP regulation and are translated back into NEDC-equivalent values in order to ensure the comparison between the vehicles. [With respect to these vehicles, for vehicle related taxes or other duties based (at least inter alia) on CO2-emissions the CO2 values may differ to the values stated here.] The CO2 efficiency specifications are determined according to Directive 1999/94/EC and the European Regulation in its current version applicable. The values shown are based on the fuel consumption, CO2 values and energy consumptions according to the NEDC cycle for the classification. Bmw baut sehr gute Autos aber eure Launch Filme sind wirklich schlecht! Viel zu schnelle Schnitte, keine Ästhetik nur Effekthascherei. Ich bin BMW- Fan. Aber Audi macht es seit Jahren deutlich besser. Vor allem bei den prestigeträchtigen Modellen.

@Jamal BBCLife you realize leasing and financing work out to be pretty much the same right? All you're doing with a lease is paying for the depreciation, it's no different than losing the depreciation on a sale. The only advantage is that it's easier to return a lease than sell a car.
@Jamal BBCLife I didn't mean they're the same thing, I meant the cost works out similarly in the end. You can either lease a $100k car over 4 years at $1000 a month for a total of $48000 in expense, or you can finance the same car for $1500 a month for a total of $72000 over 4 years, at which point if you go to sell it there will be $28000 left owing, and you should expect to sell it for $52000, which means after all is said and done you've spent the same $48000 to have that car for 4 years. This is all assuming 0% interest for simplicity sake, obviously if one option offers more competitive terms that changes the formula.
@Jamal BBCLife sure if you can get a 1% lease, but plenty of them are 3 or 4%. Similarly, 0% financing is definitely attainable, just not on a 100k car. Even on a 100k car though you can still swing 1 or 2% during a manufacturer rebate event.

@Rossrful you're a joke. The batteries don't need to be preheated. And it can still beat them with less than 80% charge. No one goes past 60 mph om most roads unless you wanna get a ticket.

Tesla does have repeatable performance. Don't get me wrong I would still take a m8 or gt63 over Tesla but you can't deny its superior acceleration performance.

Ob BMW M8 Gran Coupé, Audi RS7 oder Mercedes GT4 63 S AMG. Alle drei sind High End, sehen toll aus und teuer. Am Ende entscheidet der persönliche Geschmack. Der M8 ist wirklich extrem gelungen in Sachen Design und Interior. Viel besser als die Touchscreen Cockpits ala Audi. Der M6 Gran Coupé ist schon sehr brutal. Der M8 noch mal ein Level brutaler.

k. 743 there won’t be a CLS63 anymore so the only real competitior from Benz is the AMG GT 4 door (which is based on the CLS anyway).

S A I N I if it comes to performance I am not so sure. The Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid is pretty damn quick/fast. Let’s see laptimes of the M8 GC soon and then we will see. In other aspects such as feel, design etc. in my opinion the M8 GC is one of the most beautiful and best cars you could own and to look at ever.
Not easy to see the car as it is in these kind of adverts .. flashes, dark, quick scene changes, constant camera angles. BMW, the car is beautiful just standing still, show that, let that sink into our eyes more than a moon, rocks and mist. You don’t have to prove anything with special effects.
