@@JasonCsokratesplease do not underestimate peak week. I trained with Chris Cormier for years there were 20 people that looked better than him in the off season. This is the reason why he beat so many others. You look at him in his Dallas cowboys jersey and you think I got this guy and then he goes into peak week and gets on stage and beats those guys. They never saw it coming.

Denis, Psycho said he was looking his best leading up to the Arnold. Not that it was his best look. He said the Texas, he didn’t look the best leading up but the push/pulling led to a great package on stage that was better than he thought

This is not a rip on you. But you have never been on a prep if this caliber when someone needs to get leaner they may need to run a little flat to get the bodyfat off. When I say it didn’t go well from day one I mean it didn’t go as planned.
When it’s all over and you analyze everything you realize it didn’t go right from day one.

The Texas pro we came in with his best look. I’m trying to say this as respectfully as possible cuz I have to understand you guys have never been around or prepped a guy if this caliber. There are good and bad days. Every day the guy doesn’t look good. Some days he looks phenomenal others I think it’s not going well. Sometimes you just don’t know what you have until you start pushing carbs and pulling water. Top coaches will understand what I’m saying.
