There's not a lot you can say about a drill but this is a good demonstration against the Makita. I stopped buying (and throwing away) expensive drills years ago when the batteries failed and couldn't be replaced. It's much better now they have standard batteries but none of my three cheap drills ever let me down and are still going strong! Thanks for reviewing these tools Dave, it helps to see them in 'real life'. Cheers.

Nothing wrong with budget drills so long as they work, and it looks like it does well,I have Makita and recently purchased DeWalt but still reach for my Ryobi drills which I have been using for years
